1. What Size are the Vaults?

Our vaults are located in our Redmond facility and consist of large wooden boxes. These measure 7 feet in length, 5 feet in width, and 7 feet in height. You may reserve as many vaults as are available to hold your belongings.

2. Loading Your Vaults

If there are items you need to store after a move, we will take those items with us. Our professional crew will fully wrap your belongings, and take them back to our storage facility. You may want to be present when we load your vaults, so you can keep an inventory of what box has which items, in case you reserve more than one box. We pack your belongings strategically to make sure they are safe during the loading and unloading stages.

3. “Picking” Your Boxes

If you need to access belongings that are in your box, our storage staff will retrieve your vault and pull it down for a small ‘picking’ fee. You will then be able to access any furniture or item that you need. Once you have retrieved what you need, we will place the vault back in our warehouse. Just keep in mind that we need a 48-hour notice prior to picking your box.

4. Retrieving Your Belongings from Storage

Once you are ready to retrieve all of your belongings from our storage units, our movers will locate your vaults and place your items into one of our moving trucks. They will remain professionally wrapped until we arrive at your new location, then we will unwrap your items, give you a handshake, and be on our way.

All of our storage vaults are paid for on a monthly basis, with a one-month minimum requirement. We can set up automatic billing for your convenience, in which case you will receive a confirmation email every time your payment is made successfully.

Our services are priced based on the number of movers you request. Each extra mover adds per hour to the overall charge.

Keep in mind that all of our moving services are billed on an hourly basis. Our time starts running when we leave our warehouse located in Redmond (just north of 85th Street and Willows Road), and stops when we return to the warehouse at the end of your move. We bill all time in 15-minute increments.

North Bend Labor-Only Moving Services

Besides our moving services, we also offer labor-only moving services designed for clients who would like to provide their own transport. This service is very convenient if you only need manpower to load and unload your vehicles, or to move stuff up and downstairs.

We also offer packing services at the same rate as our moving services, in addition to the cost of packing materials used. We can adjust to your moving schedule: pack and move the same day, or split it into two days; packing on day one and moving on day two. If we pack and move the same day we work on a running clock, due to the combination of both packing and moving at the same time. If you pack one day and move the next, the packing rate will be per hour for two movers and an additional fee per hour for any additional movers requested.
