Are your rates the same every day of the week?

Our rates are always the same during the summer. However, during the winter we offer 10% off hourly rates on Tuesday and Thursday.

What is the hourly minimum?

There is a 2 hour minimum, regardless of the size and service.

When do you start and end your billing?

We began our billing from the time we leave our facility to when we return to our facility.

Are there any charges other than the hourly rate?

For exceptionally heavy items (pianos, pool tables, etc.) there is a heavy-item charge that varies depending on the object being moved. We also charge additional for non-reusable protection.

Are you insured and licensed?

Yes, we are fully licensed and insured.

Do you move out of state?

We do not, however we’re proud to serve many locations in the greater Seattle area.

Do you provide labor only services?

We do!

Do you charge hourly or provide a flat rate?

We only charge hourly, billed to the quarter hour.

What is your availability?

We provide our services on a first-come first-serve basis.

How far in advance do I need to book?

We recommend booking a move 10 to 14 days in advance – this is especially true if you need to move on Saturday, our busiest day of the week. However, if you are not able to book a move that far in advance, give us a call anyway, we’ll do our best to serve you!
