Loading Your Storage Vault
When it comes to the loading of your storage vault, we want you to be comfortable with the process and confident in the integrity of our movers. If you would like to supervise the wrapping and loading of your belongings to ensure that your personal items are carefully and efficiently moved into their vault, just let us know.
This helps give our customers peace of mind about the process, as well as the added benefit of knowing exactly where and how their belongings are stored.
If at any time you need to retrieve a specific item from your storage vault, let us know! We will be happy to help you retrieve whatever you need for a small picking fee.
Once we have retrieved the requested items, we will place them aside in a separate vault for safekeeping until you come to pick them up. When you have selected the desired items, our staff will return any additional items that you don’t need to your personal vault.
The only requirement necessary for this process is that you contact our staff 48 hours prior to the time that you will need the items so that we have time to prepare the vault and retrieve the requested items for you.
Our storage facility bills our customers monthly and has a minimum renting length of one month. Once you are ready to move your belongings from your storage vault to your new location, our team will empty your unit and load your belongings carefully onto one of our moving trucks to transport it to your new location.
When our moving truck arrives at the destination, we will be more than happy to help you unload and unpack your belongings and place them wherever you instruct.
