What Are The Dimensions Of Your Vaults, And How Does The Storage Process Work?
1. Vault sizes
The vaults are large wooden boxes that measure 7 feet long, 5 feet wide, and 7 feet high. Feel free to reserve as many vaults as necessary to hold your items.
2. Loading the vaults
If there are things that need to be placed in storage after a move, we’ll take those items back to our storage facility, fully wrapped and ready to store. As we load the vaults, you may want to watch the process and inventory where items are loaded into your vault, especially if you are reserving more than one vault. We pack our vaults strategically, so as to keep all of your items safe during the process.
3. ‘Picking’ your boxes
When you’re ready to access your vault(s), our storage staff will access the boxes that you need. Then, the vault will be ready for you to retrieve the items or pieces of furniture that you need. Once you’ve finished, our staff will return the vault to its stored location in the warehouse. We will need 48 hours notice prior to the time you’d like to pick your box.
4. Unloading your items from storage
When you’re ready to move all of your items out of storage, our movers will locate your box(es) and load your items into one of our moving trucks, while they remain protected in our wrapping materials. Once we arrive at your location, we’ll unwrap your items, shake your hand, and be on our way.
Storage vaults are paid for on a monthly basis with one-month minimum storage duration. For your convenience, we also provide an automatic bill pay option. You’ll receive a confirmation email each month after the payment processes.
Labor-Only Moving Services
In addition to our moving plans, we also offer a labor-only moving service for those who prefer to provide their own transportation. This service makes it convenient for you to get the manpower you need to load and/or unload your belongings, or to move items between the upstairs and downstairs of the same facility.

Packing Service
We also offer a packing service at the same rates as our moving services, plus the cost of packing materials used. We can accommodate for packing the same day of your move or we can split it into two parts: pack on day one and move on day two. If we do pack the same and move on the same day, it’s on a running clock of the hourly rate due to the combination of packing and moving going on at the same time.
