Vault Dimensions and Storage Process in Bellevue

1. Vaults

Our vaults are large, wooden boxes, measuring 7 feet in height, 7 feet in length, and 5 feet in width. You can reserve as many vaults as you want to store your belongings, as long as they are available.

2. Loading Your Vaults

If you are moving, and you have leftover belongings that need storage, our professional crew will wrap your items in protective gear, load them onto our trucks, and take them to our warehouse in Redmond. It’s a good idea to be present during the loading of your vault, so you can keep an inventory of which items are located in which boxes, assuming you reserve more than one. Note that we store all of your belongings strategically to keep them safe at all times.

3. Box “Picking”

In case you need to access your box to retrieve any items, our professional crew will pick up your box for you and bring it down to you for a small $20 ‘picking’ fee. You can then retrieve any items you have stored in your box. Once you’re done, our crew will take the vault back our storage facilities. Just remember that we need at least 48 hours notification before you can retrieve your box.

4. Unloading Your Belongings

Whenever you want to take out all of your belongings from storage, our storage crew will locate your boxes, load them onto one of our moving truck while they are still protected by wrapping material and take them to your house. We will then unwrap your items, shake your hand, and be on our way.

At On The Go Moving, our storage services are paid for on a monthly basis and have a minimum one-month requirement. To simplify the process, we can set up automatic payments, so every time a payment is processed, we will send you an email confirmation.

At On The Go Moving, our services are all based on the number of movers you require. For every additional mover you need, add a $45 per hour charge to the overall amount.

Our moving services are billed by the hour, and our timer begins running when we leave our facilities in Redmond. Our warehouse is located just north of 85th and Willows Road. Our time will stop when we arrive at our warehouse at the end of your move. Note that all time is billed in 15-minute increments.

Labor-Only Moving Service

At On The Go Moving, we also offer labor-only moving services, which are perfect for customers who want to provide their own transportation. If you only need the manpower to load your truck or move all of your belongings up and down the stairs, these services is perfect for you.

Note that our labor-only moving services include both movers and basic equipment needed for your move, like tools and dollies. Our basic labor-only moving service is per hour for two movers. If you need additional help, add an additional fee per hour to the overall charge for each additional mover.

Bellevue Packing Services

If also need help packing and readying your house for your move, we provide packing services at the same rate as our moving services, plus the cost of all packing materials used. We can accommodate and pack the same day of your move, or split it into two different days. If you would like us to pack and move your stuff the same day, we work on a running clock due to the combination of both packing and moving. If you would like to pack one day and move the next, our packing rates are per hour for two packers. Similarly to our labor-only services, each additional packer will cost an additional fee per hour.
